The Problem
SMB owners and finance teams currently spend 10–15 hours per week on manual bookkeeping, reconciliation, and report generation. Existing tools like QuickBooks and Xero require significant setup and specialist knowledge, and there is no truly intelligent, zero-setup solution available for the mid-market.
Research
Market analysis and 20+ user interviews revealed a significant gap for a platform that offers native natural language processing and automated anomaly detection. Research indicated that while competitors require lengthy onboarding, users prioritize a "zero-setup" model that integrates immediately with their existing financial stacks.
What We Built
The platform autonomously reconciles accounts by connecting directly to bank, payroll, and invoicing systems. By centralizing these streams into a natural language chat interface, it allows users to generate audit-ready reports and identify financial discrepancies through simple conversational queries.
